Are the games / venue accessible?

We are located in a disused underground station, so unfortunately the venue is not wheelchair accessible.

Two of our games — Codebreakers and The Lost Passenger — contain a tunnel that requires some crouching or crawling. These tunnels can be skipped if preferred and will not prevent you from completing the game.

Both The Lost Passenger and Under-Ground 2099 are slightly more physical experiences. They involve moving between different spaces, some crouching, and the use of stairs. These games also include scare actors and may not be suitable for those who are sensitive to sudden surprises.

We generally recommend Codebreakers for those looking for a less physical and non-scary experience, making it the most accessible option for a wider range of guests.

Please note that all three games contain some colour-based puzzles, which may not be suitable for those who are colourblind. Our experiences are also not suitable for guests who are blind, as they rely heavily on visual elements.

The Lost Passenger and Under-Ground 2099 use smoke machines and some flashing lighting effects (not strobe), which may not be suitable for those sensitive to these environments. These two games are guided via walkie talkies, while Codebreakers is guided through messages displayed on a monitor screen.

If you have any specific concerns or accessibility requirements, please feel free to contact us before booking and we’ll be happy to advise.
