Are there age restrictions?

The experience is suitable for 9 years and up, as younger children may find the puzzles too complicated or scary.

Kids under 15 must be accompanied by an adult (over 18)

“The Lost Passenger” and “Underground 2099” have a spooky theme and get very dark, etc. They are not horror games, but they can be a bit scary for kids. Some kids love the scarier elements; however, some find them a bit too scary. If you think your children might be frightened, we recommend they play “Codebreakers”, our non-scary game.

Strictly no one under the age of 9 years old may enter the venue, including babies and toddlers.
