Mission: Breakout is a live experience; therefore, we can not offer any refund for your cancellation once your session is confirmed.

This includes individual tickets for players who can no longer attend.

However, if you wish to reschedule, please let us know ten days before your booking, and we'll do our best to find you a new slot.
